Social feed
Content, posts, stories and interaction between users.
Development of a cross-platform social platform for players, fans and clubs, with feed, sports profiles, chat, listings, gamification and admin panel.
Starting point
The challenge was to launch a complete mobile experience to connect players, fans and clubs without multiplying development costs with two independent native applications.
The platform needed to feel like a modern social app to encourage recurring use.
Players, fans and clubs each required distinct experiences within a single product.
Clubs needed a simple way to find players and opportunities.
Implemented solution
The mobile-first platform uses one shared codebase for Android and iOS, with operations and moderation handled through a centralized administration panel.
Feed, posts, stories, comments, likes, views and user following.
Advanced player profiles with position, skills, history, club, social links and sports data.
Trials, training opportunities and sports openings posted by clubs.
When a player is interested in an opportunity, the platform enables direct contact with the club.
Points system, levels, streaks, trophies and public achievements to encourage participation.
User, club, federation, post, campaign, report and internal permission management.

Product decisions
The product was not just a social network with a sports theme. It was a platform designed to connect different roles, create distinct value for each one, and sustain recurring activity without relying on a single feature.
The decision to build a differentiated experience over general-purpose social networks came from a clear observation: the football ecosystem had no place of its own. Interactions between players, fans and clubs happened on platforms that did not speak the language of sport or facilitate talent discovery.
Gamification was not added merely for decoration. Trophies, levels and streaks were intended to recognize participation and give users reasons to return, including when they had no new content to post.
Sports profiles were a deliberate product decision. A standard Instagram or Twitter profile does not convey position, club history, skills or availability. A player who wants to be discovered needs technical context, not just posts.
Listings and chat cover the full workflow: a club publishes an opportunity, a player finds it in PikiMarket, and both can make direct contact inside the app.
